Tiger Woods' 70th PGA Tour Win at Firestone

Tiger Woods wins the 2009 Bridgestone Invitational today shooting a 12 under par total. Three-Day leader Padraig Harrington, collapsed with a triple bogey on the par 5 16th hole finishing -8 under par total and tied for 2nd with Australian Robert Allenby. Tiger is on a roll, after winning back to back 2 weeks in a row, Buick and Bridgestone, will he go for 3 at next week's PGA Championship?

Today, Bridgestone also announced the extension of it's WGC sponsorship through 2014. This is good news after last week's announcement that Buick had terminated sponsorship after over 50 years of partnership.

    I'm really looking forward to the last major of the year! Go Tiger! He's on a roll (finally-you can imagine my dismay at his missing the cut at the British open!)
